OFFER AND PRODUCT




Beds are made of finest quality pine wood with FSC certificate. It is carefully selected in terms of quality. Headboards are made of MDF.
Our beds are made of best quality wood, which makes them really stable and durable. Bed's capacity is 70 kg per level (70 kg per bottom and 70 kg per bunk)
All our products are under 2 years warranty. We will assist you in case of any factory defects.
Our beds are universal. During the assembly you decide whether you want place ladder on left or right side. If necessery you can always change it.
Unfortunately we are not offering custom made beds. We only produce beds in sizes that are in offer.
Beds come in parts for self assembly. We add easy detailed manual for each bed. Depending on the model parcels number varies (from 2 to 4 parcels)
Yes it is possible. In terms of purchase of single elements please send us an e-mail shop@interbeds.com.
Beds comes with free of charge mattresses. They do not have impact on price and you cannot give up in order to reduce costs.
At the moment we do not offer other mattresses, but we will do in near future. Please check soon!
Maximum temperature for washing our bed covers is 30 degrees.
At the moment we do not offer any installment plans. We look forward to introduce them in near future.


ORDER




We are sorry but they cannot be placed over the phone. Orders can only by placed on our website.
If the order is already in our system, we cannot change it. You should cancel your order and place a new one. If parcels are already sent, it is already too late to cancel the order. For further assistance please contact us on shop@interbeds.com.
If your order is still pending, please contact customer service in order to change your address. After the dispatch, customer serivce cannot change the delivery address, but you can contact Parcel Force as they can help youL

Status processed means that, your order was transfered to our warehouse. You will soon receive your tracking numbers.
We only sell beds that are in our warehouse. If specific model is unavailable at the moment, please click on "notify when product is available". Our e-shop will automatically send you an e-mail confirmation when product will be available again. Important, this feature is only available for registered users. If you are not a registered user, please click here.

PAYMENTS




You can pay by bank transfer or Paypal. In terms of bank transfer, it takes 24-48h for money to reach our account.
If the order was already placed, we cannot change anything. You should cancel your order and place new one. If parcels are already on their way to you, it is already too late for canceling. If it is already too late but you still wish to cancel your order, please contact us at shop@interbeds.com.


DELIVERY AND SHIPPING




We dispatch up to 3-4 working days. Next, the delivery take 4-7 working days.
Costs depends on selected bed. They are mention on each product. Important, shipping costs are calculated per bed, in terms of ordering two beds you pay for each shipping separately.
We send by GLS / Parcel Force. Company will inform you about planned delivery. Parcels weight allows courier to deliver them straight to your door. In case of your absence, courier will try to deliver your bed once again. There should also be a note left with possible steps. Parcels can be tracked at www.gls-group.pl. **Deliveries to UK recipients in UK zones 1-3 are usually made between 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

ASSEMBLY




Beds come in parts for self assembly. We add easy detailed manual for each bed. Depending on the model parcels number varies (from 2 to 4 parcels)
Unfortunately we do not offer assembly serivces. Attached manuals will take you step by step through whole process.


COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS




Complaints should be placed as soon as possible. In case of lacking parts, you have 2 weeks to inform us. In a presence of courier you should check parcels for any damaged or missing parts. If anything is missing, we will send it to you. We will consider your complaints withn 48h.
Complaints should be sent at: complaints@interbeds.co.uk.

In e-mail you should provide as much informations as possible:
- name and surname,
- order number,
- purchased model,
- detailed issue description,
- related pictures (damages and flaws - close-ups and from 1m distance),
- your phone number
You can return bought products on our company address: Interbeds Ltd, 13 Isandula Road, NG7 7ER Nottingham.
Before sending products back to us, we ask you to contact us on complaints@interbeds.co.uk.

*Your funds will be be returned in the same way that they were transfered to as, as soon as we will receive product back.
**You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 14 days time. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our company warehouse.
In order to return products you have to do so within 14 days since the delivery.
